Our Principle Consultants
Co-founders Pam Krenzel and Kathryn Salamanchuk have each been professionals in the Absence and Disability Management field for over 30 years.
Employed with different organizations within the public and private sectors, in both union and non-unionized environments, Pam and Kathryn have worked in the design, development, implementation and administration of Absence and Disability Management programs involving thousands of employees.
Pam played a key role in the development of one of Canada’s first comprehensive disability management programs. Kathryn introduced successful initiatives for containing health and disability costs as the manager of international employee benefit programs. In their various roles, both Kathryn and Pam have demonstrated measurable success in reducing disability incidence and duration through early rehabilitation involvement and aggressive claims management.
